Content writing services
for when the work is important, but no one has time to own it.
Good briefs provide direction
…buuuuut they don’t answer every question that comes up once the writing begins.
That’s where experience matters. It teaches you when to ask questions, what to keep and leave out, how to reproduce voice and tone, where to add depth and expert perspectives, and how to shape a story.
I know how to do this because I’ve spent about a decade working under real constraints and making the judgment calls that AI could never make. I can turn a brief or a brain dump into effective writing that does its job, so you can focus on higher-level work.
“Reggie brings so much industry know-how to every project. She knows when to challenge the brief, when to keep things fun, and always makes collaboration easy. She’s the kind of partner you can count on! She's consistent, creative, and full of surprises that make the work even better.”

The details
Practical stuff straight from the horse’s mouth.
-
I work on a project-basis, so there’s zero stress about being locked into a retainer. I’m typically able to turn around a first draft (depending on a variety of factors) in five to 14 business days. Work with less than a 3-day turnaround is considered a rush project.
-
All my pricing is custom and based on your needs and goals. With the type of work I do, it varies so much that trying to fit everyone into a package just doesn’t make sense (trust that I’ve learned this the hard way).
Most often, I provide flat rate quotes for projects, but there are some rare cases where I’ll work on an hourly basis. Scope can be adjusted depending on what matters most and the budget you’re working with.
But just to give you an idea, my lowest flat rate is $500, and everything is up from there. -
I work with established organizations and service-based businesses of all sizes that take their content seriously.
Ever caught yourself thinking…
“I’m so tired of reading and reviewing AI-generated writing.”
“I don’t have time to explain tone, politics, and context…I just need someone who gets it.”
“I need this to sound like I wrote it.”
“I know what we can’t say. I’m just not sure what we should say.”
“I need someone who can take this over without making it a whole thing.”
“I know we have a good story here, I’m just not sure the best way to tell it.”
Yes? Then hiiiiiii, I’m the cowgirl who can help!
The process
When I say I do execution, that basically just means I make sh*t happen.
1
It all starts with you filling out my intake form. Based on the info you provided, I may reach out to book a discovery call.
3
You’ll fill out an onboarding form, and I’ll lay out all the steps of the project and how we’ll work together so it’s all crystal clear. Then I’ll conduct interviews (if needed) and start writing.
2
I’ll provide a custom quote for ongoing work or a single project. It’s based on factors like word count, interviews, how many rounds of revisions I’d recommend, and how much strategy or research is required.
4
We’ll make revisions together so everything is accurate and polished (don’t worry, I’ll follow your writing guidelines so this part is a little easier for you).

Before you go…
Let’s talk about AI for a second.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a fine tool.
But I’ve never seen an instance where it totally replaces or eliminates the need for editorial judgment, especially when the work is particularly nuanced.
(If you have, let me know so I can start plotting my transition into my backup career as a home organizer, haha.)
I had years of writing experience before AI existed, and I can safely say I lean on that far more than AI to complete your projects. Pinky promise.
